How Does the Package Work?

 

The Program is simple to access and once approved, care packages will delivered efficiently and effectively. There are three key roles in the Viva Packs team, each with their own set of responsibilities.
  • Can Assist’s Viva Coordinator: Responsible for accepting request for service, liaising with and appointing the community options coordinator, agreeing on package, arranging payment and evaluating service 
  • Community Options Coordinator: Assessing needs, arranging packages of support and liaising with direct services
  •  Direct Care Services: Providing the direct service in people’s home or the community
